Ok, so like me, let’s keep things simple, no legal jargon & beating around the bush…

 

Equality
There is no room for any type of discrimination against anybody or any background, religion, sexual orientation, gender, age, disability or anything else you can think of to unnecessarily categorise fellow human beings. If we’re available for the date & time you request, and you’re prepared to pay, you will receive the same treatment as anybody else except for any additional assistance anybody may need to aid in a comfortable journey.

 

Data
All data and personal information provided to us is given in confidence purely for the purposes of fulfilling your booking. This information will only be shared with others in the circumstance that they are driving you at any point. Other than that, nobody else can access your details other than Lancaster Licensing for investigation purposes with cause, or police. We do not now, nor will we use any contact details for marketing, or selling on details to other companies. I hate that this happens and I get sales calls, I’m sure you do to, so it’ll never come from us.

 

Complaints

Any complaints regarding any minor issues, cleanliness of vehicle, timeliness, driver attitude, etc… can be made to ourselves via phone, message, email, WhatsApp etc… and it will be dealt with immediately as we rely on reputation so any driver risking this reputation must make more effort.

Major complaints regarding a serious driver issue, concern over vehicle safety etc… May be made to ourselves to highlight the issue, but, should also be made to Lancaster Council Licensing Department, either by phone (01524582033), or by email (licensing@lancaster.gov.uk).


Safeguarding

All drivers used and myself have regular enhanced DBS checks as per licensing conditions as well as training course for trafficking completed. Any concerns regarding safeguarding policies can be raised with your driver, myself, or as above by contacting Lancaster Council Licensing Department.
