How Do I Book?

You can book online, search or select your destination, click book now, you will then be taken to your cart, select checkout and you can fill out all the details needed such as pickup location, dates and times, flight number etc… Then simply make payment and we will contact you shortly (during business hours) via email with confirmation and contact details for you if you ever need to change any part of your booking or make any cancellations.

Is My Payment Safe?

When making any payment on our website, you are paying through Payzone, so we never see any of your card details, and nor can anybody else. We cannot take additional payments after booking through this method, however, felt it would be the securist method to use in a day and age we all have concerns about cyber crime.

What Type Of Vehicle Will Be Pick Me Up?

We will always ensure you have a vehicle large enough to accommodate your needs. If you have only 3 people in your group but a lot of luggage that may not fit in a regular car, please advise us of this and we’ll happily send you to your destination in our minibus which to date has had 15 large cases plus some small hand luggage and still wasn’t full.

if you require a disability vehicle, or a low floor car, please advise us in your checkout or you can contact us after booking to change this at any time.

Will My Driver Be Professionally Licensed?

All drivers carrying out any bookings made through this site are all licenced through Lancaster City Council, CRB checked & medically checked.

Each vehicle is licenced by Lancaster City Council, fully insured for business hire & reward, taxed, & tested 2-3 times per year at the council’s own testing station.

This site is used with our operator’s licence issued & regulated by Lancaster city Council.

Can I Pay By Cash?

Yes, in the checkout simply fill in the details needed and at the bottom select ‘pay cash to driver’ rather than selecting pay by card. However, for international bookings, we may require a deposit to ensure the driver still gets paid if we’re picking you up from the airport and have never met you previously.

Can I Pay Monthly On Account?

We have been asked by a number of our regular passengers for this facility so have started offering credit accounts. Go to the bottom of any page and click the on ‘credit accounts’ tab to submit your interest in opening an account with us.

Once your account is open you can book by phone, email, or by using our site and selecting credit account in the payment method at the bottom of your checkout cart. We will contact you after each booking request for a password before confirmation to ensure nobody else uses your account.

What If You’re Double Booked For When I Want?

We want as many bookings as possible, and within reason will never turn any away. As we work with a large number of other independent taxi drivers, given enough notice of your booking we will make the arrangements with another safe & reliable driver to cover your needs and inform you of who will be picking you up beforehand as well as providing contact details. We offer this service at no extra charge.
